TOSCANO SPST mulchers are used for shredding post-harvest residues. All waste
and plant residues are broken down into very small pieces, making them easily soluble in the soil. Another very important application of this machine is mowing (mulching) the stubble after corn harvesting - eliminating the corn borer. The larvae of the pest usually overwinter in the least damaged parts of the plant. Thanks to the mulcher, post-harvest residues are crushed into a fine mass, which means that the corn borer loses good living conditions. This allows you to get rid of up to 90% of pest larvae living on the plantation.
